Fixstars Amplify Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "we") is committed to protecting our own

such as unauthorized access, accidental loss, natural disasters, and malicious acts. To maintain the
trust placed in us by our customers and society, we will implement information security measures in
accordance with the following policy.
1. Management Responsibilities
Under the leadership of management, we will systematically and continually strive to improve its
information security.
2. Establishment of Internal Governance
We will establish an organizational framework to maintain and continuously improve information security
and its Information Security Management System (ISMS). Furthermore, we will formalize our information
security measures as internal corporate regulations.
3. Employee Responsibilities and Training
We ensures all employees receive appropriate training to maintain the necessary knowledge and technical
skills regarding information security, ensuring the robust implementation of our security practices.
4. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements
We will strictly comply with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and contractual
obligations related to information security, to meet our customers' expectations.
5. Incident Response and Remediation
In the event of any security incident, or compliance violation, we will take appropriate actions to
mitigate impacts and prevent recurrence.
